Refund & Exchange Policy
We, at Hempistani, endeavor to provide a seamless experience on our website in terms of both product quality and delivery standards. We adhere to the best practices in business to support our customers in every way possible, including returns or exchanges.
Customers can reach out to us for the following cases for quick support and help.
- Received incorrect product (Product mismatch with confirmed order)
- Received defective/damaged product
Hempistani shall exchange any defective or damaged product, given that the request for exchange is placed within 3 days from the delivery date. Customers need to share pictures of the damaged product for a better understanding and approval of the request. No exchanges will be entertained after the reserved time.
Once the request is approved, a replacement order for the same or an alternative product will be placed from our end. If unavailable, we shall process a refund of the amount credited to the source account within 14 working days. Kindly note, replacement orders are only initiated upon receiving the damaged or defective product back from the customer.
The first exchange for any item is delivered free of any charges, but any consecutive exchange request shall be chargeable with the extra cost being levied on the customer. The refund shall be made through an online payment mode. Orders, once placed, cannot be canceled or reverted.
We have listed a few conditions for exchange procedures in different product categories.
- Exchange or refund is applicable only if the order is delivered in an unhealthy or non-consumable condition.
No other cause shall be taken into account for the exchange of food items.
Personal Care, Cosmetics Items:
- Exchange or refund can be initiated in case of incorrect/damaged/expired products.
- No request for exchange or refund shall be acknowledged if the product does not have any of the above issues keeping in mind the nature of the products and safety standards.
For Non-Food Items:
Exchange or refund is applicable in case of damaged or incorrect product and size issues.
The product should be sealed and unused for exchange approval.
- Exchange or return request has to be initiated within 3 working days from the delivery date.
- Exchange or refund shall be processed only upon receiving the returned product and post-approval.
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after the product arrives at the return address.
