For orders shipped within India it takes 3-7 working days until delivery, this also depends on the location. If you live in a remote area, anticipate a few days more. For international orders please give 10-21 days sent with registered air postal service. In busy times of the year or in rare occasions registered parcel can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If you have not received your parcel within this time please contact us so we can track your parcel for you.
The rate charged for the shipping of the order is based on the weight of the products, and the delivery location (Domestic & International). Before the final checkout page, the customer will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and the customer will have a chance to not place the order if they decide not to.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will inform you of the delay immediately and work to get your consignment to you as soon as possible.

Hempistani’s Logistic Team will facilitate the pick-up of the item. Once the request is approved, a replacement order for the same or an alternative product will be placed from our end. If unavailable, we shall process a refund of the amount credited to the source account within 14 working days. Kindly note, replacement orders are only initiated upon receiving the damaged or defective product back from the customer.
If your order arrives damaged please inform as soon as possible and please attach a picture with your mail. We will arrange for a replacement of the product and may ask you to return the damaged item to us. Body Care items, food and perishables that arrived damaged need to contain the seal in order to be replaced.
Orders that are sent outside of India may be subject to local import taxes, duties and fees levied by your country. Any such charges are to be borne by the customer. Please check with your local postal authority / customs office about such possible charges as Hempistani.com cannot take any responsibilities for parcel being rejected by the local customs. We require that customers assume all financial risk for their order once it leaves India.
International Shipping
International shipments are subject to our standard return policy and a flat US$ 20 non-refundable shipping charge regardless of the quantity purchased or value. Hempistani is not responsible for additional customs clearance charges.
Any orders being shipped outside of the United States will be handled by USPS/FedEx/UPS/DHL. Please allow 14-18 business days for orders to be received. Orders for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). You are solely responsible for any fees, taxes, or duties that may be imposed upon the shipment.
