DIRECTIONS FOR USE

“For External Use Only”

1Capsule(250mg) to be taken in the morning and evening with Betel Leaf juice and Honey or directed by the Physician.

Storage: Avoid refrigeration. Store it at room temperature. So lidification of Shilajit is natural. In case it solidifies, keep it in sunlight or in a warm water bath for 10 minutes until it liquefy.
